UMASS Memorial Medical Center – Worcester, MA

It is about a week out from my start date at UMASS Memorial Medical Center. I took it upon myself to tour the hospital prior to orientation just to see what to expect. I was happily surprised to see such a stunning campus that they have to offer. I am feeling positively charged for my second travel nursing assignment after that short visit to the hospital.
Now that we are officially moved into our new home in Marlborough, MA it gave us some time to explore our new surroundings. Upon arrival, this area has a much smaller town feel than we’ve ever experienced, so that is going to be a bit of an adjustment. So far we are loving the hiking trails, most are just out of our backyard which is pretty amazing. Our quaint apartment is a perfect fit for what we need during this 10 week assignment. The proximity to some incredible places has us extremely eager for our next adventures during this assignment.
